The beneficial properties of plants and herbs have been known already from antiquity. All ancient civilizations used herbs for treating a number of diseases. In China, Mesopotamia and India, the use of herbs was widespread, while in ancient Greece many wrote about herbs and their properties, such as Aristotle, Theophrastus and Dioscorides. The latter wrote a manual including more than 600 herbs with medicinal and pharmaceutical action.

Several of the plants Hippocrates used still form the basis for modern medicines.

Today in the international literature there are many interesting scientific studies on the healing properties of plants and herbs contained in the unique formula of Detox Deotic 30.
